The GAL16V8 is a programmable logic device used for address decoding and control logic, allowing the two SAA1099P chips to operate in CMS/Game Blaster compatible mode.
 
Tested on CT1350B and CT1390

- PCM audio is not available in CMS hardware setting.
 (CMS세팅시 PCM을 들을 수 없습니다.)
- In Normal hardware setting, setting the jumper to CMS enable -> disable FM sound.
 (기본세팅시 점퍼세팅을 CMS로 하면 FM사운드 소리가 나지 않습니다.)
